Every Vyve Broadband employee is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance factors. It’s as a percentage of your annual base salary. Here’s how it works: annual goals are established and shared with everyone. Then we all track our progress. If we achieve or surpass our company and personal goals, we each can receive up to a 200% payout on our annual bonus!

All employees receive a Long-Term Incentive Plan Allocation (LTIP) so the better we do as a team, the better the payout for all of us! LTIP award allocations are distributed twice a year. As a new hire, you will receive your award letter in the next allocation immediately following your hiring date. You must be an active employee to receive the payout.
The best part about our LTIP program is—THE SKY IS THE LIMIT! This means that as we all work together to achieve the company’s business goals and add value, the value of your LTIP amount increases as well. If the company is valued at 200%, then your payout will be 200%.
Your LTIP award amount is valid while you are actively employed by the company.
