Referring person must be an active Vyve customer in good standing to participate in the Program. Referred customer must reside in a Vyve serviceable area. Vyve has the right to reject any referred customer that does not meet its customer eligibility requirements. Vyve may discontinue participation in the Program if an account is suspended for any reason, including non-payment. Credits will be processed after the referred customer reaches 60 consecutive days of service with Vyve in good standing. If the referred customer cancels service, neither the referred customer nor the referring customer will be entitled to any credits. Persons who have had Vyve service in the past 30 days are not eligible to be referred customers. Vyve employees are not eligible to participate in the Program. The referred customer and the referring customer each must have a separate account. Credits will not be applied to canceled accounts.
