VYVE AWARDED BROADBAND GRANTS IN NEBRASKA 150 150 Vyve Broadband

Vyve Broadband was recently awarded three grants from the 2022 Nebraska Broadband Bridge Program (NBBP) to launch Fiber Internet in Archer, Chapman and Tarnov, Nebraska. The Nebraska Legislature created the NBBP in 2021 to facilitate and fund broadband development in unserved and underserved areas of Nebraska. The funds will help support the launch and ongoing support of affordable and reliable fiber-to-the-home Internet with symmetrical speeds starting at 105 Mbps, going all the way up to 1 Gig.

Vyve is excited to support Governor Jim Pillen’s recent creation of an official office to oversee broadband expansion in Nebraska. As an organization, we are committed to furthering his dedication to broadband expansion, which is transparent, flexible, and proactive to meet Nebraska’s broadband needs.

Vyve has been providing service to other Nebraska communities for over 10 years. These additional launches and funds align with Vyve’s ongoing dedication to bridging the digital divide. “Providing reliable and fast Internet to rural communities has always been part of Vyve’s Business model. We have spent millions of dollars supporting this initiative, and it will continue to be a priority in the future,” said Andy Parrott, President, and COO of Vyve Broadband.
