23:00 CDT – Both vendors have arrived at their respective fault locations. One vendor has a repair team on site, while the other is attempting to locate the exact location of the damage. No ETR has been provided by either vendor, but the description of one vendor’s progress is encouraging.
19:30 CDT – Technicians have validated Vyve infrastructure and confirmed that we have two, independent circuit vendor failures. Both vendors have been engaged and we are pushing them to act with the highest level of urgency to restore service to your markets.
18:30 CDT – We are aware of an outage affecting services in your area. Technicians have been dispatched and engineers are investigating. There is no ETR at this time.
