Bobcats’ Kylin James Named Friday Night Vyve Player of the Week
Vyve Broadband Salutes Dumas Player For Outstanding Play
Dumas sophomore Kylin James was named Friday Night Vyve Player of the Week for his outstanding play in the Bobcats’ 20-24 loss to Robinson Friday night.
Friday Night Vyve, sponsored by Vyve Broadband, recognizes exceptional performances from players on high school teams in Vyve markets each week. Players are nominated by sportswriters who cover their games. They are then recognized through articles in the local paper and social media posts from Vyve throughout the following week.
James rushed for 101 yards, had 85 yards receiving and a 56-yard interception return for a touchdown. The team finished their season with a 12-2 overall record.
“Vyve Broadband loves supporting local schools and its student athletes because we know how important schools are to the communities Vyve serves,” said Diane Quennoz, Vyve SVP, Marketing and Customer Experience. “Awarding the Friday Night Vyve Player of the Week is a great honor for Vyve because we hope to encourage all athletes to stay dedicated in the classroom and on the field. Congratulations to Kylin James of the Dumas Bobcats for being this week’s winner.”
