Vyve Broadband Names Julia McElwee Senior Director, Call Center Operations

Julia McElwee has joined Vyve Broadband for one reason, because the company believes the veteran cable exec can greatly enhance each-and-every Vyve customer experience. Vyve Broadband named Julia McElwee to senior director, call center operations to do just that.

McElwee, who brings over a dozen years of cable customer service experience to Vyve, takes a team approach to establishing the best customer experience in the marketplace. “The essence of great customer care is building a high level of trust with each customer,” said McElwee. “They have to know that if they have issues, we are going to be honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to taking care of them. Our goal is to make every interaction excellent, and for that to happen we will train and develop our team, empowering them to be customer centric in everything we do, for every customer and every call.”
