Consumers enrolled in the ACP are limited to one (1) benefit transfer per calendar month with limited exceptions. If you are informed during the enrollment process that you need an exception to make an additional transfer in a given calendar month, and one of the below exceptions applies to you, a Transfer Exception Worksheet must be completed, signed, and returned.
- You believe that an internet company transferred your ACP benefit without providing you with the required disclosures and/or obtaining your consent to transfer your ACP benefit;
- Your household’s internet company stopped operating or failed to provide internet service; or
- You moved to a location outside of your current internet company’s service area.
